The Tufflex screen is made of several PU rods being hot pressed. The polyurethane rod is embedded with steel wires, which has good wear resistance performance, unlikely pegging and high screening efficiency, light weight and reduced loading capacity to the machine. The Tufflex Screen product is a very user-friendly screen, ie lighter (up to one-fifth of the weight of an equivalent high tensile screen), flexible and with no sharp edges. It is easy to transport, handle and install, all major factors in addressing OHS issues with traditional screens.
Tufflex screens provide reduced blinding and pegging due to secondary vibration effects and the smooth polyurethane wire surface.

The unique design and construction of the Tufflex screen also results in lower operating noise.
The request for a longer service life is addressed by the Tufflex screens' wear resistant wire ropes that are fusion-welded together. In several applications, the service life was increased up to six times compared with traditional high tensile wire screens.
Durability:
By using polyurethane that has better abrasion resistance, the service life can become 3-8 times of those conventional screens.
Process capability:
Double vibration can stop screen from being clogged, thus increase screen’s performance.
Not all the intersection points are welded (normally jumping every 3-5 points). Thus strong double vibration and the movement between wires can stop material from staying on the surface thus stop screen from being clogged.
Noise:
Unlike metal screens, the noise made by clashing objects on the screen and the grating noise from objects are reduced. This is beneficial to the public and the operating environment can be improved.
Operationality:
Because it is flexible and light, it is very easy for either delivery or installation. We have mass produced this product on standards, thus the price is reduced.
